TPG's SUMMARY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT MEETING THE EU WEEE DIRECTIVE TPG will comply with all
aspects of the European Union WEEE Directive 2002/96/EC. We have
established an EU Recycling Partnership Network (RPN) that will allow
customers / end users to call for transport of our products that have
reached the end of their useful life and are to be recycled. Via the RPN
our European partner can arrange for pick up and transport to an EU
recycling location for recycling in an environmentally responsible manner
as directed by the WEEE directive. TPG is implementing reuse
and recycling programs in the 25 European Union States and other
participating states where required by law for our equipment in support of
the WEEE Directive that went into effect on 13 August 2005. All products
shipped into the EU are being marked pursuant to the WEEE Directive with
the crossed-out wheelie bin. "Producer" registration activities are in
progress or planned in countries where registration is required and
available. Regulations related to reuse and recycling programs vary in
each market we serve, and are constantly changing. For the most complete
